1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 to 10 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, email info@crismyla.com within 3 days of receiving the product.
4. Shipping
To return your product, contact info@crismyla.com for instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
5. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
